WHAT DOES IT DO?
Beta-Alanine is a designed to fight fatigue during your workout allowing you to train harder for longer. It contains pure Beta-Alanine, which is the ingredient that provides the 'tingly' feeling in a pre workout. Beta-Alanine also helps with blood flow and has been shown to increase muscle carnosine levels which lead to improved physical performance during high-intensity exercise
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE IT?
Beta-Alanine should be used 10-20 minutes before your workout and you will almost instantly feel the effects. Mix 1 scoop with at least 250ml of water or add into your pre workout drink or protein shake.
